The purpose of this letter is to thank you, and the whole RainCatchers team, for the excellent job of installing a water harvesting system at this address last month. We were impressed by the level of service from the time of our first enquiry, through discussions as to how the logistical problems were going to be overcome, to the installation team who did a magnificent job in a very short period of time. The system is now working well, and being used to flush the toilets.
It was particularly helpful to work with you on both design and installation: many suppliers do not offer this comprehensive service.
